DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES

All orders placed by 2pm (UK time) are dispatched the same working day (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Orders including personalised gift items may dispatch the following working day.

UK DELIVERY SERVICES

Standard UK Tracked Delivery
• FREE on all orders
• Delivery within 2–3 working days
• Tracked with updates via email/SMS

UK Click & Collect
• FREE on all orders
• Choose from over 7,000 pickup locations across the UK, including local shops and lockers
• Select your preferred pickup point during checkout
• Delivery within 2–3 working days
• Tracked with updates via email/SMS

Express UK Tracked Delivery
• FREE on orders over £60 or available for a small fee
• Delivery within 1 working day (Mon–Fri)
• Tracked with options to divert to a Collection Point
• Orders placed after 2pm Friday may arrive Tuesday

BRITISH ISLES DELIVERY

(Inc. Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey)
• Available for a nominal fee
• Delivery within 2–5 working days
• No import duties or VAT apply

EUROPEAN DELIVERY

(Inc. Republic of Ireland)
• Fixed fee at checkout
• Delivery within 2–7 working days
• All-inclusive pricing (VAT, import duties & delivery included)
• For non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, Norway), import fees may apply — see International Orders & Imports

NORTH AMERICA DELIVERY

(USA & Canada)
• Fixed fee at checkout
• Delivery within 5–15 working days
• All-inclusive pricing (No surprise fees or duties)
• Tracking usually available

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

(All Other Countries)
• Fixed fee at checkout
• Delivery within 5–15 working days
• Customs Duty & VAT may apply
• Check local import thresholds to avoid fees
• If needed, we may be able to assist with duty-paid shipping — contact us

GLOBAL CAVEATS

Remote Areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands)
Please allow an extra 24–72 hours beyond standard delivery times.

International Orders & Imports
Orders to the USA, Canada, and EU include all VAT, import duties, and fees.
Other regions may incur import taxes or handling charges based on your local laws.
These fees are typically collected by your delivery agent.

Unclaimed International Orders
If uncollected within the courier’s holding time, international parcels may be returned or destroyed.
In these cases, Naturally Wicked reserves the right to withhold refunds on any non-recoverable fees, including shipping, VAT, and duties.
